Hello! I'm Darian, the heart behind Love and Light Holistic Healing. I am a Reiki Practitioner and a certified Somatic Yoga Therapist. I also offer Oracle Card readings.

 

The story behind the name Love and Light: After losing one of my closest friends, I found myself emerging from a dark chapter and leaning deeply into Reiki and Yoga. He often said, "Light is Love and Love is Light," a phrase that stayed with me-- especially when I felt his presence during my first Reiki attunement. What once felt like a "cheesy" name now feels deeply aligned. Reiki itself is rooted in light, love, and operating for the highest good. My practice is about showing up as my authentic self-- quirks, softness, and all. Love and Light isn't just a name; it's a reflection of my journey and the energy I want to share.
